SRY6-1, 2, 3 (HRY1, HRY2, HRY3) sheath-type heater
Purpose: The SRY6-2 sheath-type electric heater is used for heating hydraulic oil and lubricating oil in hydraulic and lubrication devices, and can also be used for heating non-corrosive gases or liquids.

This electric heater consists of a heating core and a sheath tube. The heating core uses tubular electric heating elements as the heat source, and the sheath tube is made of thin stainless steel, with a large heat-dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The terminal device is divided into ordinary type (iron drawn-cup housing) and special type (sealed with bolt-type flameproof device housing). The special type meets the requirements of explosion-proof mark dIICT4 and protection rating IP65 series standards.

The electric heater is connected to the oil-tank container body by a flange. The sheath isolates the heating core from the heated oil. During maintenance, there is no need to drain the oil from the tank; simply remove the heating core and replace it with a new one, making maintenance convenient.

During design, the contact area between the sheath and heated oil should be considered so that the oil will not carbonize locally due to excessive heating temperature. This heater model is only suitable for internal heating of heat-transfer oil or oils and media with good heat-transfer performance.
