The hydrogen-oil-water system is applied to large hydrogen-cooled generator units. By integrating subsystems such as hydrogen cooling, sealing oil circulation and stator cooling water control, it enables safe and efficient operation of generators.
System includes:Generator Hydrogen System;Generator Sealing Oil System;Generator Stator Cooling System.
Generator Hydrogen System:
It is used to cool the stator core and rotor of the generator, with carbon dioxide adopted as the replacement medium. The generator hydrogen cooling system adopts a closed hydrogen circulation system, where hot hydrogen is cooled by cooling water through the generator’s hydrogen cooler.
Technical Highlights:
Pressure and Purity Control, Automatic Hydrogen Leakage Monitoring and Alarm
Humidity and temperature management; the hydrogen circulation drying system features regenerative capability and dual drying devices.
Safe Replacement and Closed Cycle
Explosion-proof and Redundant Design, Fully Automatic Monitoring Instruments

Sealing Oil System:
The sealing oil circuit of the unit feeds into the sealing pads on both the turbine side and exciter side. Oil flows through the central oil hole along the axial clearance toward the air side and hydrogen side, forming an oil film to achieve sealing and lubrication. The oil then returns through two separate pipelines: the hydrogen side and the air side.
Technical Highlights:
Dual-circuit sealing design, adopting single-flow ring or double-flow ring sealing oil system to prevent hydrogen leakage and air ingress, and maintain stable hydrogen pressure.
Automatic oil pressure and oil temperature control to maintain parameters within the optimal range.
Explosion-proof and redundant design. Key equipment such as coolers and dryers are redundantly configured, enabling the unit to maintain over 80% load operation even if a single unit fails.
Fully automatic monitoring instruments.

Stator Cooling System:
The stator cooling water system adopts cooling water flowing through the hollow conduits of the stator winding to carry away heat generated by winding losses out of the generator. The heat absorbed by the cooling water from the stator winding is then removed by the water cooler. Filters are installed in the system to remove impurities from the water.
Technical Highlights:
Fully automatic desalinated water system ensures the cooling water is always high-purity deionized water.
The water flow is dynamically adjusted according to the load, ensuring the stator winding temperature does not exceed the allowable value.
Fully Automatic Monitoring Instruments.
